The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure ("Cr.P.C."), 1973 for issuance of writ/order of mandamus with the direction to the respondent no.1, for investigating the matter with respect to the complaint dated 17th May, 2024 filed by the petitioner and for giving police protection to the petitioner.

Today, Mr. Niraj Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the complaint dated 17th May, 2024, FIR has already been registered by the Police Station, Budh Vihar.
