The petitioner has filed the present application seeking bail in connection with FIR No.162/2015 under Sections 302/307/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Ranhola.

The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature. It is alleged that the petitioner had demanded money from the victim.

On his refusal, the petitioner had gone away and come back along with his accomplices.

The victim (PW-1) had been attacked by a knife and suffered injuries on his hand while protecting himself. It is also alleged that the said assault was carried out by the petitioner and the coaccused, one Vicky @ Takkar and one of the injured (Mohit @ Monu) had succumbed to his injuries.

PW-1 has deposed that he was being incessantly pressurized not to depose in the matter.

Given the seriousness of the offence and PW-1's

deposition that he was being pressurized not to depose in the matter, this Court does not consider it apposite to accede to the present prayer to grant bail to the petitioner during the course of the trial. 3.

The application is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to apply afresh after the trial is concluded.
