O R D E R

% 11.04.2018 Present suit has been listed in pursuance to an office note. In the said office note it has been stated that a typographical error has crept in the aforesaid order as the date of filing has been wrongly mentioned as 01st February, 2016 instead of 04th February, 2016. However, a perusal of the paper book reveals that the ex-parte suit has been decreed in accordance with prayer in the plaint wherein interest was prayed for w.e.f. 1st February, 2016.

Consequently, the expression „date of filing of suit‟ in paragraph 13 of the judgment and order dated 11th January, 2018 is deleted and the said paragraph shall now read as under:-

"13. Accordingly, the present suit is decreed against the defendants jointly and severally for a sum of Rs.4,38,00617/- along with interest @24% per annum from 01st February, 2016 along with pendente lite and future interest till the date of actual payment of the full amount after deducting payment of Rs.25 lacs paid by the defendants to the plaintiff on 06th January, 2018."
