This application is filed by the applicant seeking Regular Bail in FIR no.0525/2017 registered at Police Station: Jaitpur under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned APP points out that the trial is at the final stage and the remaining witnesses have been directed to appear before the Trial Court on 20.02.2024.

Keeping in view the status of the trial, the present application is disposed of directing the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same at the earliest. In case there is any delay in the trial, the applicant will have the liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
