1. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 19.02.2024, vide which the petitioner has been transferred from Delhi to 233 Mahila Battalion, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The petitioner also assails the order dated 16.04.2024, vide which her representation against the transfer order has been rejected.

2. At the outset, it may be noted that the petitioner has already been issued a movement order on 05.06.2024.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is granted time till 31.07.2024 to report at her new place of posting.

4. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice and submits that taking into account that the petitioner is a young mother The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. having two school going children, the respondents have no objection to grant time to the petitioner till 31.07.2024 to report at her new place of posting.

5. In the light of this fair stand taken by the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of by granting the petitioner time till 31.07.2024 to report at Headquarters, 233 Mahila Battalion, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh in terms of the impugned transfer order.
