Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) has been filed on behalf of the Decree Holder/Respondent for release of the decretal amount /demand draft along with accrued interest deposited in this Court pursuant to Order dated 29.11.2021. 2.

The record shows that the Appeal has been dismissed vide Order dated 15.01.2026.

Learned Counsel for the Appellants has an objection and seeks mediation in the matter.

Once the Appeal has been dismissed, nothing more survives in the matter.
