In the previous order dated 2nd July 2024 passed by this Court, background facts and circumstances have already been narrated. In view of the medical situation of petitioner and submissions by the SPP for CBI, comprehensive directions given by the Court by order dated 22nd May 2024 were continued for 60 days, which expire today. 2.

In the meantime, reports of medical treatment of petitioner have been placed on record by petitioner's counsel which include documents from Shalby, Sanar International Hospital, The Sight Avenue and Fortis Escorts Hospital.

an SLP No.11477/2024 before the Supreme Court challenging the dismissal of regular bail by this Court on 31st May 2024; notice in the said SLP has been issued on 27th August 2024 and the matter is pending before the Supreme Court.

In these circumstances, it would be appropriate if petitioner seeks relief, if any, including for further medical issues from the Supreme Court, considering that regular bail is now listed before the Supreme Court. 5.

However, drawing attention to medical condition of petitioner, as per medical documents filed today and prior history, counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of directions passed on 2nd July 2024, for a further period to allow petitioner to seek appropriate relief from the Supreme Court. 6.

Accordingly, directions per order dated 2nd July 2024 are hereby extended for period of another 3 weeks, allowing petitioner to seek appropriate relief, as may be advised and considered necessary. 7.

Considering that the matter relating to bail is already before the Supreme Court, it is not appropriate for this Court to continue this petition, which also seeks bail, on Board. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of, with the observations and directions, as above. 8.

Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous. 9.
