Since the FIR No. 551/2023 dated 17.08.2023 registered at PS Nand Nagri under Sections 380/448/451/34 of IPC has already been quashed in CRL.M.C. 9637/2024 in view of a settlement arrived at between the parties, therefore the FIR no longer subsists and there is no complaint pending, hence there is no apprehension of any arrest of the petitioner. 2.

Hence, the petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
