This is a suit for declaration and recovery of possession and injunction valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

Ld. counsel for parties submit that suit property is situated at Paschim Vihar which falls under the jurisdiction of District West, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District West, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi, on 04.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
