2. The Petitioner has chosen to come to this Court challenging a show cause notice (SCN) dated 3rd April, 2019 issued by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT). The Petitioner is stated to have replied to the said SCN only two days ago. A copy thereof is, however, not on record.

3. It will be open to the Petitioner if aggrieved by the order passed by the DRAT in the said SCN to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. No further directions are called for.
