% 11.09.2019 This is a petition under Section 29A(4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking a direction that the Court may grant extension of nine months to the Arbitral Tribunal for completing the proceedings and render the arbitral award.

For the reasons stated in the petition and the learned counsel for the respondent has consented to the same; the time for Arbitral Tribunal to complete its proceedings and render its arbitral award is extended by a period of nine months effective from August 21, 2019. The petition stands disposed of.
