Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 05.11.2024 has been placed on record. They pray that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a demand draft of Rs. 9 Lakhs alongwith certain jewellery items to the learned counsel for the appellant in Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties assure the Court that the parties will abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement and consequently withdraw the cases referred in para 6 of the Settlement Agreement. In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, we dispose of the appeal by directing that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement, making it clear that the impugned judgment will no longer be enforceable.
