% 04.05.2016 The case has been received from the Court of Ms. Anu Malhotra, District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket, New Delhi in terms of order dated 22.04.2016 stating that the matter does not pertain to South District and requesting for allocation of the matter to the concerned District.

Counsel for the plaintiff has handed over in Court today a certified copy of order dated 25.04.2016 passed by this Court in Transfer Petition (C) No. 17/2016 titled "Mukesh Verma Vs. Arti Verma directing transfer of the present suit from the District and Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi to District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi. The same is taken on record.

The registry is directed to send the complete file of the abovesaid matter to the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi in terms of the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, the parties are directed to appear before the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi on 18th May, 2016.
