Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order has already been modified vide order dated 22nd June 2015, therefore the present application may be rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, since no relief is left to be granted by the present application, therefore the present application is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
