Bail Appln.2247/2019 Vide the present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks bail in pursuance to FIR No.816/2016, registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, Delhi for the offences punishable under sections 243/232/234/235/344/174-A/120-B IPC.

In view of the serious allegations against the petitioner and the fact that he was earlier declared Proclaimed Offender and five cases have already been registered against the petitioner, I find no merit in granting bail to the petitioner.

The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
