The matter is taken up from the category of 'reserved matters'. 2.

This Court needed clarification while dictating judgment, for which learned counsels for both the parties were requested to appear before the Court.

It is 4:30 PM. Learned counsels for both the sides are present before the Court through video conferencing.

Clarification was sought by the Court. The Court has again heard both the counsels. This Court has also gone through the facts of the case. After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, who again stated that the representation filed by the petitioner before the Vice Chancellor of University of Delhi has still not been decided, seeks disposal of the same in a time bound manner which will help the petitioner herein. 5.

petition be treated as representation on behalf of the petitioner herein by the worthy Vice Chancellor of University of Delhi. Further, considering the time constraints in this matter and also keeping in mind the fact that the career of the present petitioner will be affected by the timely outcome of the decision on the representation by the worthy Vice Chancellor, he will take a decision upon the representation within a week from today. This Court further directs that in case, the decision will be against the present petitioner regarding change of policy of University of Delhi, his other application for re-evaluation of the paper in question shall be disposed of and re-evaluation be carried out within a week thereafter, under intimation to the present petitioner.

This Court also makes it clear that no order in this petition has been passed on merit and all the contentions and arguments have been kept open. The petitioner will have liberty to approach this Court, in case of any further grievance.

The worthy Vice Chancellor of the University of Delhi will ensure that the evaluation of the paper in question is also carried out within a week from the date of his taking decision on the representation. 8.

The present petition alongwith pending applications, if any, stands disposed of, in above terms.
