This petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for the following reliefs:
"a) Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus or certiorari or such other appropriate writ or orders to set aside the Armour Cadre Recruitment Rule 2023 notified on 31.05.2023. b) Pass an order directing the respondents to include the petitioner for the conversion test to be held on 28.06.2024 notified vide email no. 5413 dated 18.06.2024"

submits that pursuant to the filing of the present petition, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the Conversion Test that was to be held on 28.06.2024 and was notified by e-mail no. 5413 dated 18.06.2024. The said examination was held from 26.07.2024 to 02.08.2024. She submits that the results thereof were also prepared on 06.08.2024, however, were not declared due to the pendency of the present petition. She submits that in case the petitioner has qualified the Conversion Test, further action to give effect to the said results will be taken by the respondents.

In view of the above, the main prayer of the petitioner stands satisfied and nothing further survives in the petition. 4.
The petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved of any action of the respondents pursuant to the declaration of the result, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
