The present petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes which have arisen between the parties.

It is stated that during the pendency of the present petition, the matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the parties have entered into a settlement vide a Settlement Agreement dated 24.05.2024 rendering the present petition infructuous. 3.

Resultantly, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous, along with pending application(s), if any.
