The present petition seeks following prayer:

"Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Respondent No. 4 to not deduct the pension amount more than Rs.5000/- from the pension account No. 520101267350851, Corporation Bank, Branch - New Delhi, Connaught Circus, M-41 Connaught Circus (Annexure P2), in the interest of justice" 2.

Mr. Vishal Chanda, counsel representing Respondents No. 1 and 2, states that the impugned order of execution dated 22nd April 2022, whereby the savings bank account no. 520101267350851 of the Petitioner was directed to be frozen, has been cancelled vide order dated 17th April, 2023 issued by the Office of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Government of NCT of Delhi.
