O R D E R

A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed to issue directions to respondent No.1, 2 and 3 for grant of body protection to the petitioner from any mishappening, threat of life, kidnapping by respondent No.4 to 9, their associated and unknown persons.

The requisite directions have already been issued to respondent No.1 to 3 vide Order dated 18.09.2023, whereby the SHO, P.S. Mansarover Park has been directed to provide adequate protection to the petitioners and also The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. directed that the SHO as well as the I.O and Beat Officer to provide the mobile numbers to the petitioners.

The Beat Officer has further been directed to make regular visits atleast twice a day i.e. in the morning at 08:30 A.M and in the evening at 06:30 P.M and to make a record and to ensure that no harm befalls on any of the petitioners. 3.

Submissions heard.

The prayer essentially are that the protection be given to the petitioners for any untoward happening from respondent No.5 to 9 and from any other unknown person. The interim relief has already been granted, the same is made absolute and the petition is disposed of. 5.

Learned Prosecutor submits that presently the petitioner is residing with her brother at Sonepat, Haryana.

The SHO/I.O shall continue to provide the protection in terms of the Order dated 18.09.2023 to the petitioners at their residence and at Mansarover Garden.

In so far as the grievance of the petitioner in regard to the alleged commission of offence by respondent No.5 to 9 are concerned, the petitioners are at liberty to initiate or to continue the appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
