Applications under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 have been filed for modification of Order dated 04.03.2025 of this Court.

It is submitted that modification is only required in Para 11 of the Order dated 04.03.2025 that there was no counter complaint made by the Petitioners. However, the Petitioners had already filed a complaint dated 18.07.2019 against the Respondent No. 2 before the SHO, P.S. North Rohini and the FIR registered on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 was a counterblast and irreparable injuries would be suffered by the Petitioners. Hence, it is submitted that the Order dated 04.03.2025 be modified. 3.

There are essentially on merits that the order has been challenged. The Petitioners are at liberty to take whatever legal remedy is available to them.
