Apropos the hearings before this Court on 01.09.2025 and 17.09.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the pleas taken by the respondent as also the time lapsed in the present proceedings, the petitioner shall make a (fresh) representation based on the earlier facts as also the aforesaid within a period of two weeks. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent seeks, and is granted, a period of eight weeks for disposing of the aforesaid representation thereafter, only after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if, as and when required, before passing a well-reasoned order in accordance with law. 3.
