% 17.12.2018 It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the properties in question are situated in Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Gurgram and Delhi. Issue notice to the concerned SDM, Delhi with direction to file the valuation report of the property situated at Delhi without PF, returnable on or before the next date of hearing.

Issue notice to the concerned SDMs of the other States with direction to file the valuation report of the respective properties without PF, returnable on or before the next date of hearing. Necessary steps be taken within 7 working days. At joint request, re-notify the matter for further proceedings on 05th March, 2019.
