After making some arguments, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition but seeks the liberty to address all the submissions made in the present petition before the learned Appellate Court i.e. ADJ-02, Shahadara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. It is further submitted that order passed by this Court on 27.09.2022 be further extended with directions to the learned Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal expeditiously. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid. 2.

As per the order of the learned Predecessor Bench dated 27.09.2022, it is reiterated that the impugned order would not interfere with the eviction proceedings instituted by the petitioner herein against the respondent herein in ARC 148/2020 under clause (e) of proviso of Section 14(1) of the Delhi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
