This application has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking grant of bail to the applicant in FIR no.254/2023, registered with Police Station Vivek Vihar, Shahadara District, Delhi under Sections 307/186/353/332/341/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC') and Sections 53/116 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978. 2.

By a separate detailed judgment passed today in BAIL APPLN.2834/2023 titled Vimal Kumar v. State NCT of Delhi, I have rejected an application seeking grant of Anticipatory Bail to the father of the applicant, namely, Vimal Kumar. 3.

For the reasons that have been recorded therein, in spite of the fact that the applicant has remained in custody for a period of more than 2 months, before being released on interim bail The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. pursuant to the order dated 18.09.2023 of this Court, in my view, at the present stage, no ground is made out for releasing the applicant on bail.

As the applicant was granted Interim bail by an order dated 18.09.2023 of this Court, which has continued till today, the applicant is directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of one week from today.
