% 01.08.2017 1.

The petitioners have filed the present petition impugning the summons dated 21.02.2014 issued by respondent no.1 (hereafter 'the Commission') to petitioner no.2 (who is the Chairman of petitioner no.1) for appearing in person before the Commission on 03.03.2014. 2.

The principal grievance of the petitioners is in regard to petitioner no.2 being summoned in person without examining the necessity of his presence.

3.

Since the hearing pursuant to the summons stands concluded, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. However, this Court has considered the grievance of the petitioners regarding petitioner no.2

being repeatedly summoned by the Commission in the order passed today in W.P.(C) 3471/2013. It is expected that the Commission shall bear in mind the observations made in the said order while issuing further summons to petitioner no.2.

4.

The petition and the pending application are disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J AUGUST 01, 2017 RK
