Learned counsel for the respondents, however, submits that the suspension vide order dated 09.10.2021, was for a period of 60 days and the same had already stood concluded in December 2021. Therefore, according to the respondents, no cause survives. 2.

Be that as it may, since none appears for the petitioner even in the second round, the petitions stands dismissed for the want of prosecution.
