% 07.02.2018 Crl.M.A.No.2354/2018 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to just exceptions. Application disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 401/2018 Petitioner is seeking quashing of the present FIR i.e. FIR No.773/2016 registered under Sections 308/324/323/34 of the IPC at police station Seemapuri on the complaint of respondent no.2. In the course of the investigation it has been revealed that four persons had received injuries. The nature of these injuries were simple. All the injured i.e. respondent nos.2 to 5 are present in Court today. Parties are also living in the same vicinity. It is stated that with the intervention of the elders and other seniors citizens the parties have settled their disputes and are now living in peace and harmony. The

quarrel had erupted over the disposal of garbage. Having endorsed these facts by the parties who are present in Court today and they having been identified by the Investigating Officer, it is a fit case where the prayer made in the petition should be granted. Accordingly, to secure ends of justice, FIR No.773/2016 registered under Sections 308/324/323/34 of the IPC at police station Seemapuri and all the proceedings emanating therefrom stand quashed.

Petition disposed of.
