% 02.05.2018 The disclosure statement as requested for in the order dated 04.04.2018 has not been filed by the proposed Arbitrator. It seems that the proposed Arbitrator is not interested in taking up the appointment. As it has already been directed that the arbitration shall be conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), I direct the DIAC to appoint a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Agreement dated 13.10.2014. The parties shall appear before the DIAC on 15th May, 2018 at 2.00 p.m. The arbitration and fee shall be governed by the DIAC rules. The petition is disposed of with the above terms, with no order as to cost.
