% 20.08.2018 Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor submits that vide order dated 20.07.2018 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in Oriental Bank of Commerce v. JSD Steel Private Limited, the petition under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been admitted against the respondent/Judgment Debtor and an Interim Resolution Professional has also been appointed. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file its claim before the Insolvency Professional.
