This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking release of two Bank Guarantee, one dated 19.03.2025 for a sum of Rs. 2,53,00,000/- bearing No.
21640ILG004725 and one dated 19.03.2025 for a sum of Rs.
2,56,05,130.69/- bearing No.
06062IGL0000125, which was submitted by the decree-holder in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court and also release of the residual amounts, if any, along with accrued interest deposited by the judgment-debtor with Registrar General, Delhi High Court. 2.
Mr. Seth, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that the petition filed by the judgment-debtor under Sections 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") challenging the Arbitral Award dated 29.04.2011, has already been dismissed by this Hon'ble Court. Further, the appeal filed under Section 37 of the 1996 Act has also been dismissed by this Hon'ble Court.

Court and till now no notice has been received for filing of an SLP by the judgment-debtor.

For the said reasons, the two Bank Guarantee, one dated 19.03.2025 for a sum of Rs. 2,53,00,000/- bearing No. 21640ILG004725 and one dated 19.03.2025 for a sum of Rs. 2,56,05,130.69/- bearing No. 06062IGL0000125, and residual amount, with up-to-date accrued interest, lying deposited with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court shall be released in favour of the decree-holder after a period of 4 weeks from today.

With these directions, the application is disposed of. OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 157/2019 7.
In view of the order passed above in EX.APPL.(OS) 1060/2025, the present petition stands disposed of.
