Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 0058/2017 dated 22.01.2017 registered under Sections 354/323/509/34 IPC at P.S. Jamia Nagar.

Learned Counsel, on instructions from the Petitioners, submits that the charges have already been framed on 16.07.2025 against which, a Revision Petition is pending.

It is further submitted that essentially the grounds of challenge in the present Petition are similar to those raised for challenging the charge. In view of the submissions made, nothing more survives in the present Petition as the grounds of challenge have already been taken in the Revision Petition vide which the Order on charge has been challenged. 5.
