Petitioner by the present petition seeks a direction against the respondents for disclosing the taking of appropriate action against officers of the respondents for not returning the earnest money deposited / furnished by the petitioner within time and promptly after the tender was cancelled.

also been lodged with the Vigilance Department and the same is pending inquiry with the Department. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition stating that since the vigilance inquiry is already pending, he shall await the result of the vigilance inquiry.
