The present petition is a batch of three connected matters. 2.
Learned counsel representing the Respondents submit that the three O.As filed by the Respondents will be withdrawn today itself. 3.
These 03 connected Writ Petitions were filed against the transfer of 03 O.A's from the Kolkata Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal to the Cuttack Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Since the Respondent is withdrawing all the 03 O.A's, the present Petitions are rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present Petitions, along with pending applications, stand disposed of.
