The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no.1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent nos. 4 to 6, from second floor to top floor of property bearing H. No. 48/43, situated at Gali No. 43, Zakir Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-110025. 2.

Let reply/Status Report be filed within a period of four weeks. 4.
Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks, thereafter. 5.
At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if the Representation dated 27th February, 2025, filed by the petitioner, is considered by the respondents. 6.
Learned counsel for the respondents, appearing on advance notice, submits that they shall consider the Representation of the petitioner and shall pass an appropriate order and take appropriate action with regard thereto, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3, i.e., MCD, Station House Officer ("SHO") Police Station Jamia Nagar, and Delhi Development Authority ("DDA")/Special Task Force ("STF"), are directed to consider the Representation dated 27th February, 2025, submitted by the petitioner. 8.
At the time of considering the Representation of the petitioner, an opportunity of personal hearing may be granted to the petitioner and after granting hearing to the petitioner, appropriate order may be issued, and action may be taken, in accordance thereto.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.
