The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.282/2019 under Sections 354/354A of the IPC registered with PS Lajpat Nagar.

The complainant alleges that she was harassed by the petitioner. The present petition was listed on 11.09.2019 and the petitioner was directed to join the investigation forthwith. Admittedly, he had joined the investigation and the same is complete.

Ms Chauhan, learned APP appearing for the State opposes this application as she states that there is sufficient evidence available with the Investigating Officer.

She states that video footage had been obtained, which establishes the allegation of inappropriate conduct. 4.

Be that as it may, it is not disputed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. The charge-sheet is yet to be prepared; which this Court is

informed will take about four to five weeks.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail till filing of the chargesheet on his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- and a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial court. In addition, the petitioner shall be available for investigation as and when called for. He shall also appear before the concerned trial court on the dates so fixed. 5.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 6.
