The present petition has been filed under Section 438 CrP.C. seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 508/2022 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Janakpuri. 2.

While issuing notice vide order dated 01.12.2023 this Court had directed the petitioner to join investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer concerned.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has joined investigation as and when he was called upon by the Investigating Officer concerned, this position is not disputed by the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court. 4.

On instructions, he further states that no further investigation is required to be done from the present petitioner. 5.

arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer concerned.
