% 01.10.2024 The matter is listed on Office Note dated 30.09.2024, which narrates that vide communication dated 30.09.2024 received from Central Jail No.04, Tihar, New Delhi, it is informed that the petitioner has not surrendered back to custody after expiration of his interim bail granted vide order dated 12.08.2024, which ran out on 27.09.2024.

Mr. R. A. Worso Zimik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that vide order dated 26.09.2024 made in the present petition, the petitioner was granted time until today, i.e. 01.10.2024, to surrender back to custody and therefore the communication received from the Jail Superintendent is misconceived.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to inform the Jail Superintendent that the petitioner is required to surrender today, i.e. 01.10.2024, in terms of order dated 26.09.2024 made in the present petition. Office note stands disposed-of in the above terms.
