The Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in view of the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement vide settlement agreement dated 16th August, 2024, which is placed on record along with joint application filed by Respondent No. 3, under index dated 14th October, 2024. The Settlement Agreement is taken on record. 2.

In light of the above, the present application is allowed and disposed of.
