The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 4, to take action against the unauthorized construction, being carried out by respondent nos. 5 and 6 at the property bearing No. WZ3, Plot No. 10, Vishnu Park, Chand Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018. 2.

On the last date of hearing, Ms. Rajinder Kaur had put in appearance to submit that she is the owner of the property in question. 3.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that a Demolition Order dated 24th June, 2025 already stands passed against the unauthorized construction existing in the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. She further submits that the property in question was sealed on 08th July, 2025, followed by a Letter dated 09th July, 2025 to Station House Officer ("SHO"), Police Station - Tilak Nagar for keeping watch and ward. 5.

She further submits that Ms. Rajinder Kaur has already filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal MCD ("ATMCD") challenging the Demolition Order vide Appeal No. 456/2025, which is next listed for hearing th on 17 November, 2025.

Accordingly, the MCD is directed to take requisite action in accordance with law, subject to any orders that may be passed by the ATMCD.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of.
