The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying as under - "i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ for directions to the Respondents No. 1 and 2 to demolish the entire illegal and unauthorised construction at property Block-C opposite veterinary hospital, Gazipur Dairy Fann, Delhi-110096" 2.
The background of the matter is that the petitioner is residing at Plot bearing No. B-19, Gali No. 3, Gazipur Dairy Farm, Delhi-110096. The petitioner is aggrieved by unauthorized construction and illegal activities taking place in the vicinity, particularly in "Block-C, opposite veterinary hospital, Gazipur Dairy Fann, Delhi-110096".

The petitioner submits that these constructions have not been sanctioned by the concerned municipal authorities and are in clear violation The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the applicable Building Bye-Laws.

It is further submitted that residents of the abovementioned properties are illegal immigrants and are involved in the business of selling alcohol and gambling in connivance of the police authorities. 5.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the necessary action has not been taken by the respondent no. 2 / Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) to demolish the entire illegal / unauthorized construction in "Block-C, opposite veterinary hospital, Gazipur Dairy Farm, Delhi-110096". 6.
It is submitted that the factum of the construction being unauthorized has already been established. Yet, despite various complaints of the petitioner, the DUSIB has been in remiss in taking any action. 7.
After some hearing, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the DUSIB shall treat this petition as a representation made by the petitioner and shall examine the grievances raised therein, particularly concerning the alleged unauthorized constructions referred to in the petition. 8.
DUSIB shall dispose of the representation by way of a reasoned order and shall take appropriate action in accordance with law, as may be warranted.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 10.
Let a compliance affidavit be filed, by DUSIB within a period of twelve weeks.
