The petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "issue appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent to grant permission to the petitioenr to get reconstruction of the property no.1291 Phase I, Gautampuri Molarband, Mohan Coop. New Delhi-110044. b) Pass any such further order or orders as· this Hon'bel court may deem fit and proper."

It appears that no decision has been taken on the petitioner's request. 3.

In view thereof, respondent nos. 2 and 3 are directed to treat the instant petition to be a representation on behalf of the petitioner and to pass a speaking order within a period of two months from today. 4.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. If the petitioner, thereafter, has any grievance, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
