The present petition has been filed by the petitioner (an Indian National) seeking that the respondents be directed to issue an X-category visa to the petitioner's husband [Foreign National (Nigeria)]. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the previous application filed by the petitioner for extension of visa of her husband was rejected on account of non-supply of necessary documents. 5.

It is submitted that in case the petitioner was to apply again for the visa of her husband, with the relevant documents, including a document showing that the petitioner's husband was divorced prior to his marriage to the petitioner (Indian national) and also a supporting NOC from the High The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Commission of Nigeria to that effect, the said visa application shall be processed in accordance with law and a decision therein shall be taken expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid statement, a fresh application shall be submitted by the petitioner with the requisite documents.

Upon such an application been filed, the same shall be considered expeditiously by the respondents and if the petitioner's husband is eligible for visa, the requisite visa shall be granted expeditiously. 8.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
