This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a.

Issue writ of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ in order against the respondents directing them to allow the petitioner to participate in Counselling scheduled to be held since 2nd June, 2025;

b. Pass an Order for an independent inquiry against the Respondent No. 2 in light of the present case; c. Since the said counselling is already over and finalised, the petition has become infructuous. Presumably for this reasons, nobody has been appearing for the petitioner.
