The appellant by virtue of the present petition seeks to challenge two impugned orders, both dated 21.02.2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant, at the outset submits that since the appellant has inadvertently challenged both the impugned orders by way of the present petition, he seeks and is granted permission for withdrawing the present petition for filing two separate petitions in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present appeal alongwith the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
