Mr. Rajesh Yadav learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions states that he wishes to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise his objections with regard to land being described as belonging to the Government and with regard to its user and nature of land being described as agricultural before the competent authority under Section

3G(1) of the NH Act.

4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case the Petitioner raises the aforesaid objection, the competent authority shall examine the same without being bound by the description of the land in the notification dated 07.12.2018, issued under Section 3A(1) of the NH Act.
