The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:
1. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, including a writ of mandamus, directing Respondent No.1 - (CBSE) to restore the Petitioner‟s original name "Justin Charles" in all academic records and certificates issued by it, including the Class X marksheet, in accordance with the Gazette Notification and other supporting documents submitted through Respondent No.2;
2. Direct Respondent No.1 to process and dispose of the Petitioner‟s application for name correction, including those lodged via Harkara IDs: HD24274226003 and HD24274226011, within a time-bound period so as to ensure that the corrected name "Justin Charles" is reflected uniformly in both Class X and upcoming Class XII results and certificates;
3. Restrain Respondent No.1 from issuing any future certificates, including the Class XII marksheet, in the incorrect name "Justin Khanzada," pending final adjudication of the present petition;

Court may deem just, equitable, and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice;
5. Award the costs of the present proceedings in favour of the Petitioner.

Ms. Samishti Solomon, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she will not press the present petition any further in case a direction is given to the respondent no.1/CBSE to treat the pesent petition as representation and dispose of the same in a time bound manner. 3.
Mr. Ashok Kumar, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1/CBSE submits that he has no objection in case such a direction is given. 4.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1/CBSE to treat the present petition as representation and the same may be disposed of by a speaking order within a period of three weeks.

The order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner, as well as, petitioner‟s counsel.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court again in case the representation is decided against the petitioner.
