This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner, inter alia, praying that he be permitted to furnish a cash surety for release on parole instead of providing a surety in the sum of ₹10,000/-. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 23.09.2019 directing that the petitioner be released on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent is modified. The petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- and a cash surety of the like amount. 3.
