The present applications have been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that One Time Settlement ("OTS") has been arrived at between the petitioner and the borrowers. Thus, it is submitted that on account of the said OTS and consequential payment of the settlement amount by the borrowers The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the petitioner, the claim of the petitioner against the borrowers and the mortgaged property bearing House No 52, Block-E, New Multan Nagar, New Delhi, stands satisfied.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the questions of law raised in the present petitions are left open.
