1. Pursuant to the order dated 12.11.2024, the present matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, for appointment of an appropriate Counsellor/Child Psychologist, who can interact with Master Kartik Attri, to discover as to how, the further course of his studies, can be ensured.

2. The Counsellor‟s report dated 14.01.2025 is reproduced hereinbelow:- "As per the Hon'ble Court's order dated 11.11.2024, the Respondent (Father) brought the child to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Sessions were held on the following dates: 18.11.2024 and 26.11.2024 Session Summaries:

Master Kartik Attri presented for the sessions accompanied by his father, with a guarded but cooperative attitude towards the psychologist.

academics since the past 1 year, attributing the same to perpetuating conflicts in his family environment. Counselling was provided to reinforce importance of educational pursuits, and value of time. For purposes of education, Master Kartik Attri expressed his intent to go to a Gurukul to continue his educational pursuits, at least for another year, until his 18th birthday.

Concluding Remarks/Observations:

Master Kartik Attri appears to be fit to resume his academic pursuits. It is recommended that he continue his education at the Gurukul with a residential setting for the upcoming academic year."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited the attention of this Court to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.3/Shri Sant Nagpal Sanskrit Mahavidhyalaya Evam Shodh Sansthan. In the said counter affidavit, it is stated that the respondent no.3 shall comply with any direction passed this by this Court and grant the admission subject to procedure, rules and regulations followed by the institute.

4. In view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.3 as well as the Counsellor‟s report dated 14.01.2025, let the petitioner be admitted in the respondent No.3/Shri Sant Nagpal Sanskrit Mahavidhyalaya Evam Shodh Sansthan, subject to procedure, rules and regulations followed by the institute.

5. Accordingly, the petition alongwith pending application stands disposed of.
